Under a new J.V. with EU CHINA Everlasting (Hainan) International Trading Co., Ltd. (ECEHIT), its exclusively authorized business partner in the Chinese market, DB ENERGY’s goal is to facilitate procuring oil-derived products from the Middle East regions for Chinese and other customers, and their procurement representatives/offices/companies. The end customers are predominantly Chinese state-owned corporations or end users from countries with a high demand for Bitumen 60-70, Petroleum Coke, Crude Oil, Diesel EN590 (10ppm), A1 jet fuel, and other oil-derived products.
DB ENERGY has successfully opened dialogue and trade opportunities between numerous business and technology institutions and companies in China and Europe.
DB ENERGY is a member of the Chinese International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector (CICCPS) and its 5-million-member European companies, mandated to facilitate political and trade dialogue between Europe and Chinese buyers. DB Energy team members also supported the efforts of the EU-China Municipal Development Commission (ECMDC), a nonprofit think tank based in Beijing and Brussels, which successfully initiated the increasing cooperation, dialogue, and trade between the E.U. and China’s procurement offices. The Chairperson of ECMDC Mr. ZHANG Yi is also a member of the DB ENERGY Board.
DB ENERGY will not only structure trade and business for its Chinese Partners and other buyers in the energy and oil sector with suppliers from the Gulf region, but it is also now the Head Quarters for global outreach and business development to source suppliers for large volume Chinese buyers.
The business model of DB ENERGY is to act as the direct business development partner for the Chinese Buyers and GCC suppliers of oil-derived products. DB ENERGY will be responsible for managing and addressing the demand for oil products from its Partners in China, Europe, and the Americas by shortlisting suitable suppliers/manufacturers in the Gulf Region, negotiating, and trading the goods with competitive price and delivery terms.
DB ENERGY has at any given time multiple purchase orders obtained by ECEHIT from Chinese and other Southeast Asia customers for volume quantities, with annual contracts, for Bitumen 60-70, Petroleum Coke, Crude Oil, Diesel EN590 (10ppm), jet fuel, and other oil-derived products. DB ENERGY deals directly with end-buyers and sellers only.
